• SEO results typically take 3-6 months to show significant improvement
• Social media growth depends on multiple factors beyond our control
• PPC performance subject to platform changes and market conditions

Limitation of Liability

DigiZign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

By Client

• 30-day written notice required for monthly services
• Immediate termination available with penalty fees
• All outstanding invoices must be paid

By DigiZign

• We may terminate for breach of terms
• Non-payment may result in immediate suspension
• We reserve right to refuse service to anyone

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
